Monel is a result of successful amalgamation of two sturdy metals that combine to form an alloy
durable and highly responsive in nature. Nickel and copper are used as two core constituent
metals with nickel taking make most of the constituent formation in the alloy. Pipes are forged
using 400 grade alloy and are cold worked to harden and prevent any molten residue from the
alloy. It is well known for its ability to be corrosion and abrasion resistant making it ideal for use
in majority application where flowing water has capability to corrode surface with passing time.
Pipes and tubes are also resistant and do not change their physical structure after contact with
strong acids like hydrochlorides and sulfuric acids.
