NICKEL ALLOY ROUND BAR

Nickel Alloy Round Bar is obtained by adding a number of other metals to the the molten nickel at high temperature
which adds to its enhanced strength and performance stability, the result of which is an alloy that can be used in varied
applications and domains. The nickel alloys are resistant to derogatory reactions such as oxidation and carburization,
which enables their widespread use in applications where high temperature and extreme heat is prevalent. This property
is mainly observed by use of chromium in its core constituency.

The round bars forged from the nickel alloy are resistant to various external factors and have a large palette of features,
that have proven to be useful in many applications. They are forged using different constituent ratios of nickel and other
metals like chromium, molybdenum and carbon. The bars are forged in different grades like 601, 625, 750, 718 which are
highly resistant to very high temperature even after prolonged exposure. The other grades of nickel alloys used to forge
round bars are C 22, C 276, G 30, known for their enhanced resistance to corrosive elements like strong chemicals and
gases.
