 CREW ROLES

The crew roles list is a vital pre production document for

any piece of film or media because it means that every
crew member is able to see what kinds of jobs that they

The prop list is a vital piece of documentation because it allows

you to see all of the different props that are required and also all
of the shots that they are needed in.
 BUDGET

The budget is a vital document because it means that owners of the

media or film company are able to see how much is going to be or
has been spent on the filming of the media or film piece.
 EQUIPMENT LIST

The equipment list is a vital document because it allows the

owner of the media or film company to be able to see exactly
what equipment is required within the media or film piece
 STORYBOARD

The storyboard is a key piece of documentation because it allows

you to workout exactly what is going to be happening in each of
the different shots .
 LOCATION RECCE

The location recce is a vital document when it comes to

filming a film or media piece because you are then able to see
what locations you may need to have permission to use and
then you would be able to have permission to use the
 CODES/ REGULATIONS

The codes/ regulations is a key piece of documentation because it allows you

to make sure that what you are displaying in your film or media production
is suitable for the audience members that will view you film or media
production
 PERMISSION OF LOCATION

The permission of location is a vital document when it comes

to filming a media or film piece because some of the desired
locations may be private property and this allows you to ask
