1. High Churn rate in the industry, as major players offer comparable benefits,
lower rates of customer satisfaction, Mobile Number Portability facility etc.
2. Big Data Management, storage and analysis of large amount of real time data
can be challenging with presently available systems in the industry
3. Manual interventions at customer facing side can result in loss of relevant
information on customer preferences and issues
4. Incomplete utilization of business reports at managerial level in decision making
5. Handling Unstructured Data Limited availability and processing is cumbersome

Constraints
1. Out of available data, limited sample size selection for analysis as systems fail to
do complex analysis that are in TB and PB on real time basis
2. Feedbacks available in multiple languages will be difficult to collate and perform
analysis efficiently
3. Inability to apply automatic analysis for all forms of available data on real time
