Our daily humble conversion in the
faithful following of Jesus will allow us to
re-live and continue this personal
experience of Christs love, despite the
weaknesses of our human condition in order
to make us more and more secure each day in
the sure love of Him in whom we have put
our faith and absolute trust. Strengthened in
the power of the Word of God, which never
perishes or fails, we should never lose hope in
our own or someone elses definitive
conversion.

The great reason for this
transfiguration was to remove the
scandal of the cross from the
hearts of his disciples, and to
prevent the humiliation of his
voluntary suffering from disturbing
the faith of those who had
witnessed the surpassing glory that
 And behold, two men were
conversing with him, Moses and
Elijah, who appeared in glory and
spoke of his exodus that he was
going to accomplish in Jerusalem.
