Introduction
The sumo or sumo wrestling is a kind of wrestling where two
wrestlers opponents or rikishi face off in a circular area.
The sumos

Sumo wrestlers eat 20,000 kcal divided into two superfoods of


10,000 calories each, they take a nap of 4 hours, for decreasing
metabolism to accumulate fat.
Other customs that have sumo wrestlers are skipping breakfast (to
increase appetite at lunchtime), drink about 3 liters of beer per day.
Daily menu of a sumo
Sumo wrestlers eat a Japanese dish called
Chanko-nabe.
It is a plate which has a high caloric, we can
say That Consist of the following ingredients:
Chanko-nabe all ingredients are put
together into the pot.
Veal, beef, pork and chicken cut into pieces.
All kinds of fish Also cut into pieces.
Kombu seaweed
Chicken soup
Eggs
Tofu and Miso
All kinds of vegetables
Rice as a side dish
Beer or sake
The sumos fighters require high caloric intake in your
daily diet to keep the weight proved necessary for this
sport, for that maintained this lifestyle only

Nap for 4 hours.
