Wastage is severance from the organizaton which includes voluntrary retiement,normal retirement,resginations,deaths and dismissals. Wastage decresease with the increase in the lenght of service. Wastage als decreases with increased skilled people and age. Characteritically wastge of manpower is more in female employees than male employees.
