Evidence:

The happiness advantage

Apprentice: Juan Pablo Sanchez Hernandez.
I will never forget the day I learned to write without
looking at the notebook permanently. I
I wanted to be able to write while I was lying in bed
watching TV. If I want to turn off the
TV, I have to uncouple myself to be able to find the
remote control. It was very annoying because when
you're falling asleep on the pillow, the last thing you
want to do is move. I had tried many times
Before, but I usually felt frustrated or
impatient very fast. Anyway, I was
explored reading magazines and so I could
finally practice on being able to write
without looking at the notebook a lot. I
continued practicing them
And do not skip a day of practice. It was
difficult; Sometimes I felt miserable
because I left the lines of the notebook. I
could not do it. In less than a month, I was
writing without looking at the notebook. It
felt so good; That felt, it still does, like
magic. I felt very satisfied. I had been
taught to do
Something extraordinary (for me learning).
The teachers, and my classmates at school,
kept staring at me because I did not look at
the notebook and also did it very fast in
the shortest possible time, it was the first
one I had just transcribed a text.
Thus, the moral of
The story is that to be happy and succeed,
you need to find something
That motivates you to grow as a person;
Something that makes you feel you can
Be a little better every day.
