ENFERMERIA EN LA
ADMINISTRACION DE SURFACTANTE
Hernia diafragmatica?
El tratamiento con surfactante para el
SDR, ha evolucionado en tres etapas
Nivel A
Yost CC, Soll RF. Early versus delayed selective surfactant
treatment for neonatal respiratory distress syndrome
(Cochrane Review). In: The Cochrane Library, 1, 2004.
Chichester, UK: John Wiley
Administracin profilctica vs. Selectiva en
recin nacidos pretermino en riesgo mejora
los resultados que cuando se administra con la
EMH ya esta establecida. La administracin
profilctica reduce el riesgo de neumotrax,
enfisema intersticial, y la mortalidad neonatal
.Los criterios para determinar poblacin en
riesgo no son claros.
Nivel A
Soll RF, Morley CJ. Prophylactic versus selective use of
surfactant in preventing morbidity and mortality in
preterm infants (Cochrane Review). In: The Cochrane
Library, 1, 2004. Chichester, UK: John Wiley

Control del TET: certificacin radiolgica
Entrada de aire simtrica.
Aspiracin previa si es necesario
CUIDADOS POSTERIORES
Evitar aspiracin las primeras 24 horas o
por lo menos las primeras 12 horas.
Accin rpida. Control de parmetros del
respirador.
Mantener saturaciones entre 88 y 92,
