growth and development.

The process by which an employees contribution


to the organization during a specified period of
time is assessed.
Lets employees know how well they have
performed in comparison with the standards of the
organization
To maintain records in order to determine
compensation packages, wage structure,
salaries raises, etc.

employees to place right men on right job.
