MANPOWER :

The manpower involved here are the ladies who belongs from the different
villages like HAJIPUR,JEHANABAD,
MADHUBANI, MUSSORIE, GAYA, SONPUR, DARBHANGA, AARA of
Bihar.
These ladies have the art to make appliqu
in their blood.
A major threat to the Quality Manpower is, as
Appliqu is learn and pursued as a household
hobby, which ends usually with marriage.
