eat , because we distract ourselves and we do not focus on the class
 The lack of recess in school has put too much strees on students
prevenig them from enjoying and taking advantage of learning time.
The school rule prohibit eating during class because usually when you
make noise and distrac others, the right time to eat at school, is at
recess
A solution is twenty minutes of free recess per day whithout control by
adults and that is outside the classroom
All students are recomended to eat breakfast or lunchs before leaving
home or bring a fruit to eat at recess
We must remember that luch should be a light refreshment that allous
to take better advantage of the classes that are after recess and arrive
with sufficient appetite at mealtime
Example, eating a sandwichs whit much of mayonnaice can spoil books
and notebooks.
