What is
ANEMIA ?
Anemia is a condition which your blood has
a lower than normal number of red blood
cells.

Anemia also can occur if your red blood cells


don't contain enough hemoglobin.

In order to prevent anemia, it is
important to:
Eat a balanced healthy diet rich in iron.
Reduce tea and coffee intake as they make it
harder for your body to absorb iron.
Increase vitamin C intake as it may help iron
absorption.
Consumption 1 iron tablet every day when
menstruation.
Consumption 1 iron tablet every week.
