shops dealing with daily essentials with floor
area not exceeding 20sqm, schools, tutorials,
parks and play ground(2hectares),taxi stand,
garden not exceeding 2 hectares , cottage
industries.
 Used permitted on Appeal

Restaurants not exceeding 300sqm,public

utility buildings, pumping stations, community
halls, welfare institutions, parks and play
ground not exceeding 4 hectares, petrol filling
station not exceeding 5hp,markets, shop area
not more than 0.25 hectares.

establishments not exceeding 50 HP and 25
employees.

Transportation terminals, recreation centres,

residential areas for essential staff, burial
grounds, agricultural uses etc.
