ORANGE CAKE

INGREDIENTS
3 of cups flour
Some eggs
1 glass of orange juice
A little oil
2 cups of sugar
Baking powder
A little of grated orange
 Preparation:
1. First, we must mix the sugar with all
liquid ingredients.

2. When the sugar has dissolved completely, add the

orange zest and you can also add some lemon zest.
 3. Then add the eggs and keep mixing.

4. Add the eggs one by one, and don't stop mixing

5. Then sift flour with baking powder and add to the mix
6. Preheat oven to 180 C and pour the orange cake mixture in a buttered and
floured pan, or previously lined with baking paper
 wait for half an hour and to see if it is done, we put a knife and has to come
out clean
 we get the cake from the oven and let cool and our cake is ready
