3. Wet hands thoroughly by holding them under the running
water, and apply soap to hands.
8. Rinse the hands under running water so that
the soap drains from forearm to the fingertips.
9. Use fresh dry paper towel, wiping from the
wrist toward the fingertips while drying each
hand.
10. Dispose wet paper towels into proper
container.
11. Turn off the faucet using dry paper towel.
