Healthy Classroom Control Video

For a previous class we were asked to make a video on well balanced classroom environments. In addition to
classroom environment it is important that children have a healthy classroom lifestyle. In order for children to
have a healthy lifestyle in a classroom it is important that the teachers do group based projects to incorporate
communication. This will help build the social and emotional skills of a child. The children will get ten minute
breaks throughout the day to allow for stretching and refocusing. This will help them rebuild their stamina and
get focused. As for the cognitive lessons and learning the students are allowed to work in groups during
reading time to help build character and understand different learning styles.
