WEAPONRY MANAGEMENT
Job Description Overview

The managerial position at Wayne Enterprises in our Weaponry Department will include
production planning and the execution of getting our specialized weapons ready for the
national defense. As the manager you will be working closely with a group of individuals
and will be in charge of the outcome of the final project of the weapon. Your main goal is
to make sure our weapons support the goals of our company strategy.
Objectives and Responsibilities
Provide Health and Safety standards of the workforce.
Carrying out the companys mission and goals of the company.
Manage the operations, budgets, financial responsibilities and activities of the weaponry department.
Develop a high-quality working standards and of the department.
Provide direction and guidance to the employees in the operating unit with accordance to Waynes
policies and procedures.
Lead employees to meet the organizations expectation and deadlines for productivity, quality and
accomplishments.
Maintain employee work schedules, such as assignments, training, and clock-in and clock-out times.
Providing clear and concise communication, when organizing information through department meetings.
Prepare and maintaining reports of the weaponry department, providing periodic reports for
management, necessary means and requirements, to track the goals and accomplishments of the
department.
Qualifications
Must have completed at least a Bachelors degree on Munitions systems Ordinance
Technology.
Minimum of (5) five years of management experience with either federal or government funded
military service project or department.
Preferred a certified safety inspector of weapons and attended the extensive training for weapon
management.
Completed the weapons maintenance and handling development programs with government
agencies in the past (8) eight years.
Provides the good knowledge of guidance and control systems.
Computer Literate of Wayne Tech Support and have understanding of the Wayne Enterprises
past weapons and its specialization and its operating systems.
Must have necessary communication skills for technical reports to the head of the Weaponry
Department.
Job Requirements
A completed Wayne Enterprise application must be completed online.
