Microsoft has been one the top ethical ethisphere list for the past 5 years. Why
microsoft is on this list is because of multiple things

Privacy
Do I agree or disagree?
I agree with Ethisphere, their methods arent strictly formatted to a list of things.

They unbiasedly look at the company as a whole

Even though there isnt a strictly formatted list, there is a standard that Ethisphere
goes by.
Why this is important to majors in my field
This is really important to this major computer science because its a very diverse
major.

This is also important for the majors in my field because they are from all around
the world, ethics also includes making sure everyone is treated with respect.

Its filled with many different types of people, different genders, religions, financial
backgrounds etc.
