She was the eldest daughter of Jess Jos Ortiz lvarez and Mara
de la Paloma Rocasolano Rodrguez.
Before becoming the queen of Spain Letizia was a journalist and
news reporter.

to the Spanish throne as she is the eldest daughter

and Princess of Viana, Duchess of Montblanc,
Countess of Cervera and Lady of Balaguer.
