A forest is a large area of

throughout the world,
incorporating factors such as tree
density, tree height, land use,
legal standing and ecological
function.
The Bakhawan Eco-Park is a 220-
hectare mangrove forest located
in Kalibo, Aklan, Philippines. The
mangrove reforestation project
started in 1990 when the local

Park (also known as Mount
Balbalasang National Park) is a
protected area of the Philippines
located in the municipality of
Balbalan, Kalinga in the Cordillera
Administrative Region. The park
covers an area of 1,338 hectares
and is centered on Mount
Balbalasang in the barangay of
the same name near the
provincial border with Abra.
Dubbed the "green heart of the
Cordillera",the park is

rules are reasonably enforced
here since a few years already
and the results are visible. The
abundance and diversity of fish is
large much larger than at other
sites. The site often has strong
currents, making the water clear
and attract more pelagics.
Major factors that destroys
marine life are Pollution and
land resources - natural
Land
resources in the form of arable
land. resources available from the
land, thus the agricultural land
which contain natural fertilizer for
growth of the products sown; the
underground water, the various
minerals like coal, bauxite, gold
and other raw materials.
Land resource refers to the land
available for exploitation, like non
agricultural lands for buildings,
developing townships etc.
