Shrimp ceviche

• Shrimp ceviche is one of the most popular


Ecuadorian ceviches
• It is a traditional dish very popular throughout
Ecuador, but especially on the beach.
Ingredients
• 2 pounds of shrimp
• 2 red onions
• 4 tomatoes,
• 1 green or red pepper -
• The juice of lemon
• The Orange juice
• ½ cup of tomato sauce
• coriander
• Salt and oil to taste
Preparation
• Peel the shrimp
• Boil water to cook the shrimp
• Cut the onion, tomato and cilantro into small pieces
• To put in a rate the juice of lemon, orange and tomato
• Mix all the ingredients in a boll
• Add salt, oil and pepper to taste.
Rice with breaded shrimp
• Ecuadorians, and South Americans, love arroz or rice,
we can’t live without it and eat rice almost every day,
therefore we have a plethora of rice based dishes,
anything you can think of and there is a rice based
dish for it, especially if it concerns any type of
seafood.
Ingredients
• Peeled shrimp
• 100 grams of flour
• Soy sauce
• Mustard to taste
• Egg
• Apanadura
• Rice
• Salt pepper and oil to taste
Preparation
• Marinate the shrimp with salt, pepper, mustard and soy sauce. Rest
for an hour.
• Pass through flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
• Fry in very hot oil.
• Prepare the rice
• Join the breaded shrimp next to the rice and serve
