 Cars – Day 1
Production Approach:
 We had a late approach as we had to take the time to understand the building process
 Each person took a car and began to assemble
Constraints:
 Time
 Lack of training
Training:
 Definitely not enough training, we all had no experience creating the cars
Resources:
 We had enough resources, we really only needed the car parts and tape
Changes to implement:
 Start assembly as soon as the clock starts
 Cars – Day 2
Production Approach:
 Start as soon as clock was started
 Each person chose their own pieces for assembly and started as soon as they had the resources
Constraints:
 Time
Training:
 Better knowledge
 Better prepared
Resources:
 We had all resources to assemble the cars
 Lack of workers
Changes to implement:
 Have more workers
