Epidemiologi

 Patogenesis
◉ Kelainan kulit dapat disebabkan tidak
hanya oleh tungah skabies, tetapi juga
oleh penderita sendiri akibat garukan.
◉ Pada saat itu kelainan kulit
menyerupai dermatitis dengan
ditemukannya papul, vesikel, urtika,
dll.

◉ Dengan garukan dapat timbul erosi,

ekskoriasi, krusta, dan infeksi
sekunder.

◉ Pruritus ◉ Kunikulus ◉ Menyerang
nokturna adanya manusia secara

empat cardinal signs, yaitu: pruritus,
nocturna,mengenai sekelompok
orang, menemukan terowongan
atauSarcoptes scabiei
◉ .
◉ Beberapa cara untuk menemukan
tungau:
1.Kerokan kulit
2.Mengambil tungau dengan jarum
3.Tes tinta pada terowongan (burrow ink
test)
4.Membuat biopsi irisan (epidermal shave
biopsy)
5.Biopsi irisan dengan pewarnaan HE
Pengobatan
Syarat obat yang ideal ◉ Cara pengobatannya
adalah : semua anggota keluarga
1. Harus efektif terhadap harus diobati termasuk

harus diberikan untuk mencegah penyebaran karena seseorang
dapat mengandung tungau skabies yang masih dalam periode
inkubasi asimptomatik.
