 In today’s society Digipak's are not as popular or significant as they used to

be due to the development of technology. Digipak’s conventionally
contain the CD along with images focusing on the artist or band and the
list of album songs.

 Posters are a form of promoting an artist and their products therefore

clearly portraying who that artist is the type of genre and who they are as
a person. These posters can be used in magazines or on billboards as a
way of promotion. This therefore makes it become more universal and
increases sales if it is posted in different places. Also the artist can post a
preview of it on their social media as another way of targeting their target
audience.
