 Twitter is big with trending topics that allow different topics to be more relevant then
others, there is a section for trending on twitter and that’s what most people are talking
about on twitter which gives certain topics more power on this site.
Symbolic interactionism

 The use of hashtags play a huge role in symbolic interactionism because when you tweet
and use a hashtag at the bottom it instantly gets thrown into that thread of tweets just
because you used the hashtag at the bottom, such as #BlackLivesMatter or
#bluelivesmater
Media Logic

 Twitter is more about a following then anything and when you are famous you have more
of a persuasion on people for instance when a celebrity tweets about a fast food place or
some actual object the stocks usually go up tremendously because of the huge following
and persuasion that famous people have on twitter.
