Business Type Registration Process

Document for KYB Process

1. Partnership :
• Partnership agreement
• Document confirming the business registered name
• POI for each Partner who directly or indirectly owns 25% or more
• Copy of business bank account statement (dated within 6 months)
• If the partnership agreement is dated over 2 years, a document to confirm the current active status of the
partnership will be required
• Certified document authorizing the account holder to manage the Payza account on behalf of the entity

2. Corporations :
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Articles of Incorporation/memorandum of association (depending on where the company is registered)
• Certified copy of the Shareholder’s Agreement
• Certified document confirming the names of all Directors
• POI/POA for all beneficial owners who own 25% or more
• Copy of business bank account statement (dated within 6 months)
• Certified document authorizing the account holder to manage the Payza account on behalf of the entity

3. Sole Proprietorships :
• Photo ID
• Proof of address
• Proof of ownership (Registered Sole Props)

• Attestation of Sole Proprietorship (Unregistered Sole Props)
