❖ Meat is one of the main sources that contains vitamin B12 ❖ A balanced diet that includes meat and vegetables can also help reduce the risk of getting heart disease. Counter- Why a diet with meat is not as healthy as a vegetarian diet ❖ “According to Dr. Shah, the group on the vegan diet saw a median decrease of 28% in an inflammation maker known as high sensitive C- reactive protein; the median decrease in the heart association diet was 7%” (Lagnado, 17). Counter-Why a vegetarian diet is not better ❖ Even if a group of people stop eating meat and become vegetarian, it doesn’t mean animals are going to stop being killed. Be truthful would you actually stop eating meat? That’s it :)
