Before the researchers provided the definition of “functional dairy products”,

almost all participants said that they had not heard about it, but after the researchers
provided the definition, almost all participants mentioned they had had functional dairy
products before. Also, there are some distrust and false beliefs among Iranian women
regarding the products itselves.
 Reflection
Is it difficult to read a research article? Which section is the most difficult to understand?

After reading the journal, I felt a little bit dizzy. I

think that was because of the amount of
information that i had to process. To be honest I
do not like reading, so I was not familiar with
Journal Articles until I enrolled in Research Skills
class. Now I found out reading Journal Articles a
little bit fun because I can increase my general
knowledge with reliable information without being
haunted by the feeling of being fooled by false
information.
