We have a lot of requirements in our daily life, like work,
our family, etc. Also, we need time to chill out but we
prefer doing other activities and don´t sleep afects our
health.
If we sleep well we could balance our organism, have a
good intelectual function, think better and have excelent
reflexes and being focus all the time.

DAMAGE LEVELS OF REASONING
Don´t sleep affects the cognitive
process.When you sleep less than
7 hours your body notices it and
traduces like lack of attention
and reasoning.
WE COULD HAVE HEART PROBLEMS
Sleep restriction causes a higher heart rate during the day.
Can cause heart disease at a young age.
WE CAN SUFFER OF OBESITY
If you sleep a little your going to be more tired but if you
rest correctly your going to have more energy.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND BEHAVIORAL

• When you sleep, your body ends with all the tensión and stress
that you acumulate during the day.
• If you dont sleep well your body will accumulate the anxiety
during the day.
HOW MANY HOURS SHOULD WE SLEEP?

• An adult needs 7 or 8 hours


• A baby needs like 16 hours
• Children need 9 hours.

We need sleep for think clearly, react fast and have our memory
quiet.
