Age : 17 years old
Live in Najaf - alhuriya
Patient presented with left side progressive
nasal obstruction for one year duration which
become bilateral in the last few months ,
aggravated by flu associated infrequently with
rhinorrhea and sneezing
Two months ago the pt underwent septoplasty
operation but this operation failed to relieve his
nasal obstruction
Anterior rhinoscopy was normal
Endoscopic examination shows posterior nasal
mass above the level of the inferior turbinate
extending to the floor of the nose , back to fill
the nasopharynx and appear from the right
