Purpose of Intervention
● Focus: College Students
● Goals:
○ Decrease sedentary time among
college students
○ Motivate college students to increase
their daily physical activity (PA)
○ Overcome common barriers to physical
activity
○ Reinforce benefits associated with
reducing sedentary time
○ Develop a realistic and achievable six-
week intervention
