Management Trainee Program
 Objective of Campus Recruitment - To attract, recruit, induct and groom
young managerial talent for future leadership positions in our organization.

 Date of Joining - MTs will join the company in June (The company will
intimate the exact joining date)

 Induction - The company will organize a common induction program at


its Head Office.

 Training Program - It will span for 1 year. During the period, the MTs
will be rotated through various assignments in sales and marketing.

 Probation Period - The MTs will be on probation for a period of 6


months. They will be confirmed based on their performance or
alternatively their confirmation period will be extended for another 3
months.

 After successful completion of the training period, the MTs will be
