• Peru has an intermediate cost of living compared to other countries in Latin

America. It is cheaper than Brazil, Ecuador, Colombia or Chile, but more
expensive than Bolivia and Paraguay. Lima is the city with the highest cost of
living with city of Cusco. In general terms, services, food, transport,
accommodation and clothing made in Peru are cheaper than in Europe.
But electronic products, cars, food and imported clothing are more
expensive than the countries of origin.
