KEY WORK PROCESS IMPROVEMENT-
1. ANNUAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM – The Annual Improvement
Plan is the Guiding Tool for its focal Point through the Year. The
Annual Plan is clearly defined in Specific , Measurable , Achievable ,
Realistic and time bound manner.

is nurtured all over the Complex

1. To identify , deploy improvement program and eliminate Non Value added
Process and Resources.
2. Deploy improvement program to ensure quality and minimum meets customer
Requirement , decrease variability and predictive Maintenance Program.
3. Flexibility into manufacturing Process to meet Customer Orders.
4. Common information Platform that enables views across Plants and empowers
Executive to Proactive.
5. Leverage the power of manufacturing Network.
6. Collaborative approach with Supplier and Sales Team to determine the most
appropriate approach to serve the Customer.
7. Collaborative approach across different manufacturing Function area & Other
service Functional Area
• Broader perspective across Operation with some predictive
maintenance.
• In order to Focus on quality Issue, New Tools such as 5S, Six Sigma,
CFT are being used with its principle is more effective
Employee involvement
• Operational Staff are involved by schemes like Prayas, where in their
ideas are appreciated , transparently assessed and eventually
implemented and rewarded. This has created a positive feedback
among the Employee and led to generation of more ideas towards
improvement.
• Cross Functional Team initiative has crossed the barrier of Production
related services such as maintenance , logistics and analytics & other.
Overcoming the gap between production and services by Cross
Functional optimization has led to significant improvement and
knowledge sharing
