LINE
• It is a prolongation of a point and it can be extended
in any direction.

• It suggests meaning according to their direction and


movement. It denotes emotion and mood.

• Lines may vary in length, width and texture and can


be classified as STRAIGHT and CURVE.

HORIZONTAL LINE

• It gives a feeling of TRANQUILITY and


REST.
VERTICAL LINE

• It shows STABILITY and FIRMNESS.


DIAGONAL LINE

• It suggests DIGNITY and AUTHORITY.


JAGGED LINE

• It expresses DISORDER.
CURVED
LINES

• They suggest CONTINUOUS movement.
