Rice pudding

Ingredientes

 1 liter of water
 1/2 cinamon slit
 450 grams of cleaned rice
 1 liter of milk
 1 liter of evaporated milk
 250 grams of sugar
 100 grams of raisins
 Canela en polvo (opcional)

1. Heat the water with the cinnamon in a pot over high heat and let it
boil for 5 minutes so that the flavor of the cinnamon leaves.

2. Then add the rice, reduce the heat to low, cover and cook until the
rice is cooked and the water has been absorbed, approximately 20
minutes

Slowly add the cow's milk and then the evaporated milk.
Stir very carefully at the same time you incorporate the
sugar.

4. Cook uncovered for 10 more minutes or the necessary time


to reach the desired consistency and add the raisins.
 5. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon at the time of serving
