 Dynaforms are the

ProcessMaker versions of
Webforms
 These forms are the user
input interface for
ProcessMaker
 Click Dynaform to create one
 This screen displays the list of
your current forms
 Select New and then Blank Dynaform
 Give your form a name and description
 Click Save and Open
 Click Add Title (T – Icon on toolbar) to add one to your
Dynaform
 Field Name is a unique identifier for each field in the whole
workflow
 Use a proper naming convention
 Label is the text that is displayed next to the field
 To make further customization, check Enable HTML
 Click t he ‘S’ icon to
add a subtitle
 Used to distinguish
sections of the
Dynaform
 Fields can be set as
done for Titles
 The output is shown
in the fig below
 A textbox can be added
to the Dynaform to allow
users insert text
 Properties, Behaviour,
Appearance and Data
Validation rules are set
as desired

 To add a dropdown,
select the icon
 Dropdown boxes allow
the users to select a
value from a
predetermined list of
values
 Click New, to add more
options
 For a user to save the data
entered and move to the
next step, add a Submit
button

 Drag to Edit/Rearrange your form using the Fields Handler
 The properties tab can be used to change the pro[erties of the
entire form
 Conditions tab can be used to set the visibility if a field
depending on certain conditions
 The continue button
has been set to be
visible when ‘Yes’ is
selected while it is to
stay invisible when
‘No’ is selected
