• FNA of Node
• US
• Search for the Primary Tumor / Caused :
Thorax X Ray, CT Scan, Pet Scan, US
Abdomen, Panendoscopy etc
Cervical Lymphadenopathy
• 80 % Infection
– 80% Acute / Suppurative
– 20 % Specific / TBC
• 20% Malignancy
– 80% Metastatic
– 20% Primary ( Limphoma Maligna)
Conclusion
• Lymphadenopathy Maligna :
Metastatic > Primary
• Location of node  predict primary tumor
• Diagnosis : History, PE
• Diagnostic tools : Imaging
• Therapy : depend on tumor
