EDUCATIONAL

IMPLICATIONS
• Gone are the days that teacher would use solo or
isolated strategy in presenting the lesson during
classroom instruction that all the time appears to
be subject matter centered or teacher-directed.

• The integrative teaching strategies are presently

needed in order to respond to the underpinning
diversity of learners or the individual differences
observed among the pupils.
• Repertoire of teaching strategies
• They are believed to be trained to reflect
on the relationships among the teaching
process skills, learning processing in the
students, the nature of the
content/subject matter and the broader
social forces encumbering the school and
educational processes.
• They should be taught to be creative and innovative
in thinking of alternative teaching approaches, take
informed risks in trying out these innovative
approaches, and evaluate the effectiveness of such
approaches in improving student learning.
• Teachers are guided on how to modify, create
innovative and integrate best classroom practices
that match exactly to the learning styles and
multiple intelligences the pupils/students have.
• Teacher must try to be sensitive in the interests,
needs and experiences of the students in the class
that the learning episode is realistic and significant.
• Teachers are there to facilitate and inspire students
in the pursuit of learning and in developing
themselves.
• Teachers should always seek to become multi-
literate so they can easily adjust and adapt to every
learning scenario making the educative process
purely child-centered.
•In the k-12 basic education program,pre-
service teachers will be exposed to
various comprehensive and best
classroom practices for them to know
how to deal with the diversity of learners
they will handle later on. They have to
equip themselves with the entire multi-
literacies imperative in education.
