Surface grinding is a grinding technique referring to

the manufacture of flat and flat surfaces on a workpiece
under a rotating grinding stone

General function of grinding

machine:
 Cutting workpieces that are not too bright.
 Forming profiles such as angles or arches on workpieces
 Smooth and flatten the surface of the workpiece.
 Sharpening tools cut sharp poles.
 Smooth or take a sharp edge on the workpiece.
 As a process of finishing (finishing) on the workpiece.
Suface machine consist of
several important.

 The components are Column, Turning Lever Direction Table,

Lengthen Handle, Transverse Handle, Control Box, Coolant
Box, Pedestal Machine, Sledge, Table, Head of Grinding
 The first is Column. This section serves to support the
grinding head unit
 The second Head of Grinding or wheel head. The grinding
head unit is made of cast iron, in which there are wheel axles
and friction retaining bullets. The axis or grinding shaft is
made of mixed steel and grinded very precisely. At one end
of the axis is attached a motor or pulley.
 The third is Table. This table is mounted on the top surface of the
eretan. The work table equipment is equipped with three T grooves to
place a fastening bolt. The table surface is grinded with precision when
the machine is assembled. On the table can be placed a magnet to grip
the workpiece.
 The fourth Sledge. Sledge is also called saddle. saddle moves back
and forth in the longitudinal direction or across the bed.
 The fifth grinding wheel.the function of grinding wheel is as a place to
grind the workpiece.
 The sixth Lengthen Handle and Transverse Handle. The lengthen
handle Serves to move the table with an elongated direction that can
be set to the length of the step.and the transverse handle Functioning
for transverse direction tables that can be set to the length of the steps.
 The seventh Pedestal Machine. The base of the machine (bed) is a
box made of cast iron and inside is a hydraulic drive unit. At the top of
the bed there is a V-shaped groove as a slurry erection.
 The eighth Control Box. The location where the control buttons are
used as the engine control center.
 The ninth Coolant place. This place must be checked frequently
because if it is negligent it can make the powder in the form of
powder settle and can inhibit coolant circulation.
