ITINERARY

DAY 1: CHANDIGARH - LEH

Departure from Chandigarh to Leh by flight.

Upon arrival in Leh, take a transfer to the
hotel. After breakfast, enjoy a full day at
leisure the hotel (Note: It is important to
have the whole day's rest to get
acclimatized due to high altitude. (Leh is
12000 ft above sea level) Dinner and
overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 2: LEH

Enjoy sightseeing the picturesque locales of

Shey, Thiksey and Hemis Monastery after
breakfast at the hotel. Walk the Leh Bazaar
(optional) and Shanti Stupa (optional) in the
indolent Leh afternoon followed by dinner
DAY 3: LEH - PANGONG - LEH (154 KMS| 6
HOURS ONE WAY)

After breakfast, take off for a full day excursion

to the majestic Pangong Lake. Enjoy the
splendor of the famous 6 kms wide, 134 kms
long blackish-blue lake in the company of your
family & friends followed by lunch and a late
afternoon drive back to Leh. Dinner and
overnight stay at the hotel to follow.

DAY 4: LEH - KHARDUNG LA - LEH (37 KMS|1

HOUR ONE WAY)

After breakfast, start your day with a visit to

Khardung La Pass - the highest motor-able
road in the world at 18,380 ft above sea level.
It is also known as Khardong La or Khardzong
La which means High Mountain Pass

DAY 5: LEH - CHANDIGARH

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel followed by a

transfer to the airport. Finish your holiday with
a flight to your final destination from
Chandigarh after the connecting Leh-
Chandigarh flight.
