etc.,
Attractive qualities (such as energy, friendliness, and
humor) that make a person interesting or pleasant to
be with;
Distinction or excellence of personal and social traits;
and
A person of importance, prominence, renown, or
notoriety.

The word development is defined
as:
The act or process of growing or more
advanced.
