D’ COMPETENT WORKFORCE

Target Participants: 25 TLE Teachers

• 1. Analyze signs, symbols and data.


• 2. Interpret pictorial and schematic diagrams, working drawings and plans.
• 3. Appreciate one’s creativity and ability to create working drawings and
plans

ACTIVITY: INTERPRETATION (30MIN)

General Instruction : Given the plan , Group the Participants into 4 to perform
different task.
GROUP 1and 2. Will Identify the drawing sign and symbols.
GROUP 3 and 4. Will explain the uses/functions of each drawing signs and
symbols.
ANALYSIS (15MIN)

• 1. How did you interpret the symbols and signs?


• 2. What is the scale of the working plan?
• 3. Where did you based the correct measurement of the working plan?
• 4. How did you interpret the computer based drawing?
ABSTRACTION: (40MIN)

• Lecture
• Read and interpret signs, symbols and data.
• Analyze components and materials based on signs, symbols and
data.

perform the actual work on the practical work area.
