loss of motivation, depression.
2. Physical or somatic effects such as muscle pain, fatigue, hypertension, the body
is susceptible to disease and the immune system becomes weak.
3. Social effects such as making someone less productive
4. Stress increases.

BODY
 Enough sleep makes the body ideal.
 Regular sleep keeps you young.
 Good sleep makes depression disappear.
 Sleep prevents heart disease.

Depression is a condition that is described as a mood disorder that causes
feelings of sadness and loss of permanent interest. Sleep deprivation due to various
causes can also cause very severe depression.
The most common symptom :
 excessive anxiety
 becoming more sensitive
 irritable
 unhealthy body condition.
How to prevent by:

1. Meditation
to get peace of heart and soul.
2. Light exercise
Regular exercise can improve sleep quality and prevent
depression.

Eating food can also improve reducing a person's level of
depression. Like foods containing selenium and high magnesium.
