DEPRESSION
Depression is a condition that is described as a mood disorder that causes
feelings of sadness and loss of permanent interest. Sleep deprivation due to various
causes can also cause very severe depression.
The most common symptom :
excessive anxiety
becoming more sensitive
irritable
unhealthy body condition.
How to prevent by:
1. Meditation
to get peace of heart and soul.
2. Light exercise
Regular exercise can improve sleep quality and prevent
depression.

Eating food can also improve reducing a person's level of
depression. Like foods containing selenium and high magnesium.
