• Clinical manisfestation
- Asymmetric joint involvement
- synovitis affecting the peripheral joint
- monoarticular or palyarticular
- large joint
- sacrolitis
• Extra-articular manifestation
- erythema nodosa – crohn’s
- pyoderma gangraenosa – ulcerative colitis
- painful deep oral ulcer
- uveitis
• Lab test
- CBC – Anemia
- ESR, C-reactive protein มักจะสูง
- anti neutrophil cytoplasm antibodies มัก
positive
- HLA-B27
• Treatment
- treat IBD = treat arthritis
- symptomatic analgesic
- sulfasalazine
- TNF inhibitors
