To be in the tense of the active verb + past participle

For modals:

modal + be + past participle

 Rewrite the sentences beginning with the words given

 1. The President gave John an award.

 John was given an award by the President.

 2. Linda prepares dinner everyday.

dinner is prepared by Linda everyday.

 3. Fashion may influence teenagers.
 Teenagers may be influenced by fashion.
 4. Conrad has read the newspapers.
 Newspapers have been read by Conrad.
 5. My mother will bake a cake tomorrow.
 A cake will be baked by my mother tomorrow.
