COMPREHENSIVE MIDWIFERY CARE


to Mrs. S 22 YEARS OLD

BACKGROUND
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is continuous of
the program Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) that
was ended in 2015.
SDGs is divided into 17 goals and 169 targets, two of
which are to reduce Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and
Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) which belong the third goal.
The achievement of the SDGs are pressed MMR to 70
per 100.000 live birth and IMR 12 per 1000 live births.
According to data from Blora district health office, in 2015
MMR as many as 15 cases and IMR 16,84 per 1000 live
births.
AIM

This study discussed about pregnancy,


continued labor, puerperium, family planning
and newborn baby services in a comprehensive
of midwifery care (continuity of care).
METHODS

This final report with study case form using the


management approach midwifery documentation 5
steps of Varney and SOAP used to development notes.
RESULT

The study case results obtained diagnosis of Mrs.S 22


years old 38+5 weeks gestation G1P0A0 physiologic,
with complaints constipation and given health
education on nutritional needs and pregnancy
exercise, followed physiologic labor, physiologic
puerperium and physiologic newborn.
RESULT

In pregnancy getting standard care 10T gaps that


have not been implemented as a whole, the grap is
not obtained labor do childbirth assistance in
according with the standard 58 step APN. In the
puerperium care there is a gap between theory and
practice and in the newborn care there are no gaps.
CONCLUSION

The conclusion of this study is the application of


midwifery care there are gaps between theory and
practice of midwifery care in the field. There are
gaps in the process of action planning and care.
