thing that troubles you/ that you find hard to tolerate/ an incident
that has caused you pain/ distress.

about 200 words, developing the ideas generated in the earlier
paragraph, in which you portray the situation being resolved/ the
expiry of the painful incident/ a contrastingly peaceful and tranquil
setting.
