MICROCONTROLLER
The PIC microcontroller PIC16f877a is one of the
most renowned microcontrollers in the industry. This
controller is very convenient to use, the coding or
programming of this controller is also easier. One of
the main advantages is that it can be write-erase as
many times as possible because it use FLASH memory
technology. It has a total number of 40 pins and there
are 33 pins for input and output. PIC16F877A is used
in many PIC microcontroller projects. PIC16F877A
also have many application in digital electronics
circuits.
LCD
We come across LCD displays everywhere
around us. Computers, calculators, television
sets, mobile phones, digital watches use some
kind of display to display the time. An LCD is
an electronic display module which uses liquid
crystal to produce a visible image. The 16×2
LCD display is a very basic module commonly
used in DIYs and circuits. The 16×2 translates
o a display 16 characters per line in 2 such
lines. In this LCD each character is displayed
in a 5×7 pixel matrix.
PUSH BUTTON
A Normally Open (NO) Push Button is a push
button that, in its default state, makes no electrical
contact with the circuit. Only when the button is
pressed down does it make electrical contact with
the circuit.
When the button is pressed down, the switch
makes electrical contact and the circuit is now
closed. Therefore, electricity can now flow to the
other part of the circuit connecting to the push
button and make the device turn or power on the
respective part.
BUZZER
A buzzer or beeper is an audio signalling
device, Which may be
mechanical,electromechanical,or piezoelectric
(piezo for short). Typical uses of buzzers and
beepers include alarm devices, timers, and
confirmation of user input such as a mouse
click or keystroke.
